LOST & FOUND FAMILY PHOTOS: Reuniting Cherished Memories

I run a passion project called Lost & Found Family Photos. I buy and trade vintage images, negatives, photo albums, and other memorabilia, dedicating my time to researching and locating the families they originally belonged to. In the UK, when someone passes without a will, their belongings are often sold in estate sales.

Unfortunately, this can include boxes of sentimental items like photographs, which families may not even realize existed. As a result, cherished memories are frequently lost.

Over the past five years, I’ve been fortunate to reconnect many families with their precious photographs and heirlooms. This isn’t a business—just something I love doing. It allows me to connect with people across the UK and beyond, while also giving me the opportunity to practice vintage image retouching.
